TOM IS ATTEMPTING TO BREAK VINCENT COLLIARD’S WORLD RECORD FOR THE FASTEST SOLO, UNSUPPORTED SKI TO THE SOUTH POLE.  

A 1,130 KM JOURNEY ACROSS ANTARCTICA IN EXTREME COLD AND WIND, WITHOUT RESUPPLY. 

THE CURRENT RECORD IS 22 DAYS, 6 HOURS, AND 8 MINUTES.

Tom, 27, is a full-time Geometallurgist, part-time endurance athlete on a mission to bridge the currently separate two worlds of polar expeditions and endurance racing.

    • Mountain-biked across the UK when he was 13 years old.

    • Ran the length of the UK (Land’s End to John o’Groats) when 18 years old (youngest person at the time)

    • Won the 6633 Arctic Ultra in 2023, and broke the course record by 23 hours 

    • 3-week solo unsupported expedition in Sweden and Norway in 2024

    • Completed an East to West crossing of Svalbard in 2025

    • Various other expeditions in Canada, New Zealand Alps, and Australian Snowy Mountains
